Challenge:
Rebranding of STDM's real estate product.
Develop a new phase communication solution for real estate product marketing.
Streamline your information and stimulate your visibility and knowledge on all types of platforms and media.
Solution:
An imagery was created and used that positioned and represented the product with the one who is its consuming public.
to this end, there were photo shoots, 360º images (virtual visit), a video of the project and its surroundings, a site adjusted to the presentation of the product, as well as various graphic media used in actions of public contact and sales support .
These materials were developed in two distinct phases of product marketing.
There have also been several Digital Marketing actions in various platforms and social networks to promote and promote the product, the location and its key characteristics.
